1966 FORD BRONCO CUSTOM
A beautiful 1966 Ford Bronco ½ cab with removable top is up for grabs that has had a complete body off frame restoration with dark blue Shelby metallic paint and many custom upgrades. Rear box area painted in raptor black textured paint, rear roll bar with upper lights and rear toolbox. Stock tail gate with custom mounted rear swing out spare, rear custom box rails, front and rear custom bumpers, Bully rear step in hitch receiver, stock painted grill, stock chrome light bezels with upgraded lights, added signals, rear dual tail lights, upper lights on roll bar, LED lights on front push bar, many lights mounted throughout, front grill/push bar, dual chrome mirrors, front tow hooks.
All new 12V system of fuse panel, wiring and harness with 12 V Battery, upgraded grey cloth bucket seats with custom center console and cup holders and custom stereo with dual 6x9s dual 6.5” JL Audio amp, and 10” sub in box. Sound deadener throughout entire cab, custom switches and knobs, LED inside and out. Stock manual steering, all new steering components of tie rods, idlers, and ball joints. Custom Pacer alloy wheels with fierce attitude radials. Upgraded lifted suspension of coils in front, leafs on rear with Bilstein shocks. 3 spd manual transmission, clutch, transfer case all rebuilt from Dana 44 and rear 9” diffs with 4.10 gears. Engine was upgraded to a 1972 – 302 V/8, 2 bbl carb, pertronix ignition, dual snorkel air cleaner, Ford valve cover, alt and starter. All components on new rad, overflow, painted inner fender and engine compartment. New custom 3 tank system on switches, m.pump, lines, and filter system. Stock manifolds into single exhaust with dual chrome tips. Stock manual brakes all replaced with new, all lines and wheel components new with functional ebrake.

Pick Up: all vehicles must be removed from the venue by noon on Monday, March 16th. If you're from out of town, you must contact a transport company and arrange pickup before Monday at noon. Alternatively, we can transport your vehicle to our Sylvan Lake facility for $175 plus gst and provide storage until pick up. Storage is free for the first two weeks and $175/week there after.

EG AUCTIONS BIDDING CONTRACT
TERMS OF SALE:
1. I agree to pay in full on the day of the sale(or first banking day following the sale) the bid amount plus the buyer’s fee, with cash, certified bank draft(must clear prior to vehicle pick up), e-transfer or wire transfer in the amount owed on any vehicle or item for which I sign a contract and/or am declared the high bidder. High bidders determined by EG Auctions. Terms are cash, certified bank draft, e transfer and wire transfer. We do not accept credit card for vehicle purchases, only deposits.
2. All bidders may be required to provide proof of means to pay for any purchases. EG Auctions retains the right to require a cash deposit before issuing a bid pass. EG Auctions has permission to obtain my credit information.
3. All vehicles or any other purchases are sold “As Is” and without guarantees. In no event shall EG Auctions be responsible for any guarantees. All bids are final and binding upon the drop of the hammer. There is no cooling off provision and all purchasers are responsible fully for their purchases.
4. All statements by the auctioneers and those statements printed in advertisements are believed to be correct. However, bidders are to examine all vehicles and other items before bidding and do so upon his or her opinion and/or examination.
5. EG Auctions is not responsible for correctness of year, genuineness of make, model or options, mileage or any other description of the vehicles. Confirmation of these items and details are the responsibility of the purchaser. You are purchasing the lot numbered item presented at the auction.
6. No vehicle or item may be removed or items from vehicle, keys, etc. until paid for in full
7. Ownership of an item passes to bidder when Auctioneer says “Sold”. At that time the new owner assumes full responsibility of the item.
8. Should any dispute in a bid arise, the auctioneer will use his judgment and his decision is final.
9. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by the purchaser at his own expense during scheduled times. If not removed, EG Auctions may remove and store the vehicle at the purchaser’s risk and expense.
10. A purchaser’s failure to comply with all of the conditions of the sale entitles EG Auctions and/or the Consignor to use other available remedies or courses of legal action to hold the purchaser liable. This may include the following: a) cancel the sale and retain as liquid damages all payments made by the purchaser, b) re-sell the property to a new purchaser at a private or public sale and in any such event the purchaser shall be liable for deficiency plus any incurred attorney fees or court costs and c) purchaser agrees to grant the right of immediate repossession without notice from EG Auctions or its agents.
11. EG Auctions provides Title only, unless announced otherwise. Licensing (including any emissions requirements, vehicle inspections, plates and tabs) is the responsibility of the new purchaser.
12. Statements about the vehicles on the description sheets are provided by the consignor NOT EG Auctions. All statements made by the seller are accepted as reliable. EG Auctions shall have no obligation to verify seller’s statements or claims. Any dispute regarding these statements including mileage must be made directly between consignor and purchaser without effect on the responsibility for paying for the purchase to EG Auctions.
13. If a claim of any kind is to be instituted by purchaser, EG Auctions' buyer shall submit to a mediation and mediator selected of EG Auctions' choice to resolve any dispute. Purchaser must request a Mediation Request Form from EG Auctions prior to any dispute. Any mediation will be binding upon decision. The Mediation Request Form must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase of the vehicle. If this process is not followed, no claim shall be valid. Any claim shall be with the seller as EG Auctions is to receive a commission for sale of said vehicle only.
14. In the event of a dispute, all transactions with EG Auctions may be combined together toward resolving the dispute.
15. Vehicles over 20 years old and all customized/modified vehicles are considered to have frame damage. Assume all vehicles are non-matching numbers with non-original engines, unknown or exempt mileage unless specifically described otherwise by consignor.
16. Any vehicle announced as a tribute vehicle was not originally manufactured as the vehicle it currently appears to be.
17. If any term, condition, covenant, agreement or provision of this contract or the application thereof to any circumstance shall, to any extent, be held by a court of competent jurisdiction or by any authorized governmental authority to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall not be affected by such holding, and the remaining terms, conditions, covenants, agreements and provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
18. The auctioneer may announce special circumstances that apply to the legal status of specific vehicles. These announcements are described here and are part of the contract to purchase that specific vehicle: a) May require bonding – Purchaser will be responsible for any bonding or licensing required in their own state. b) Not street legal – Purchaser understands vehicle is only suitable for off-road use.
19. BUYERS FEE IN PERSON BIDDING/ON LOCATION of 10% or $400.00, whichever is greater, of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold. BUYERS FEE ONLINE ONLY/NOT ON LOCATION of 11% or $400.00, whichever is greater, of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold.
Minimum Buyers Fees on MOTORBIKES/UNRESERVED Vehicles minimum $300.
Memorabilia Buyers Fee is 15% for in person/on location bidding. Memorabilia Buyers Fee is 18% for online bidding/not on location.
NO BIDS TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS. All Online Bidders MUST have a method of payment in order to be approved. REGISTERING TO BID ONLINE IS FOR INTERNET BIDDING ONLY. YOU MUST REGISTER TO BID IN PERSON FOR ON LOCATION BIDDING. REGISTERING TO BID ONLINE DOES NOT APPROVE YOU TO REGISTER TO BID IN PERSON/ON LOCATION OR VICE VERSA.
