Upper and Lower Body Colour is Nordic Green, the Interior is white. Miles since the restoration is estimated at less than 1,000. The Engine is a V8 427CID.
Vehicle Exterior - The car was stripped down to bare metal during the frame restoration and the rear quarter panels, trunk pan, rockers and floor pans replaced. The car was then painted Nordic Green by Comfort Restorations of Red Deer in 2006. The frame has been sandblasted and powder coated. All the chrome pieces have either been replaced with new or restored to new condition. Fairmont of Red Deer rechromed the front and rear bumpers. The front windshield and all the side windows have been replaced with new ones. The convertible top was replaced with a Hartz cloth top by Full Throttle Upholsteries of Red Deer in the spring of 2007. The gas tank and all related fuel lines and hardware have been replaced. Overall the exterior of the car is in excellent condition.
Vehicle Interior - The interior of the car has been completely redone. The seats, door panels, console, sun visors, and convertible top boot cover have all been recovered in a soft white leather material by Full Throttle Upholsteries of Red Deer in the spring of 2007. The carpet and underlay has been replaced and sound deadener installed under the carpet. Many new components have been installed including stainless tilt steering column and steering wheel, custom auto gauges and clock and custom console with B&M shifter. New weather stripping and window fuzzles have been installed. Overall the interior of the car is in excellent condition.
Mechanical Condition - the engine was rebuilt by Custom Engine Works of Innisfail in 2006. All the mechanical components of the car have been rebuilt or replaced with new parts. The car had a wheel alignment and front end inspection. The Bel Air has been meticulously put together with high quality components and hardware. Overall the mechanical condition of the car is excellent.
Special equipment - the car is equipped with original seat belts. The car has been upgraded to halogen headlights, four wheel disc brakes using all GM components. The car has power steering, brakes, windows, all in excellent working condition.
