A terrific opportunity to own an all-steel 1932 Ford Fendered Roadster with amazing stance and street appeal. Built in New York years ago, this Deuce Roadster features a "Rod Bod” All-Steel Body with shaved door handles. It is covered in beautiful Black paint, finished by black leather interior and complimented with steel “Wheels Vintiques” wire wheels painted red covered by chrome “V8 Symbolled” baby moons. Just the right amount of chrome on the exterior and chassis along with an all chrome engine bay allows this Deuce to boast one of the best classic color combinations if all-time: black, red & chrome. The all steel Brookeville fenders and Bob Drake running boards really bring the look together on this build. There is no question a lot of time and effort was spent to get all the pieces to fit very well together to make the car show worthy. To get this Deuce into “Roadster Mode” the Bop Top quickly removes with 4 fasteners and can be folded and stored in trunk when not in use. The car holds louvered side engine covers and the hood can open both to the driver or passenger side supported by its dual prop rod design. A perfect combination of exterior chrome on this car was tastefully placed in specific areas such as on the hood, headlights, taillights, side mirrors, front and rear bumpers and hubcaps. The traditional dropped chrome & drilled forged I-Beam front axle is nicely displayed at the front of the car and compliments the numerous show attributes of this car. Although an older build, it was a nut and bolt show winning quality build and only carries 1,950 miles since it was born. The clean and detailed undercarriage is as clean as one would expect from this type of low mile build. There are very few imperfections and paint chips that one would expect from a 9 year old build with 1,950 miles along with attendance at numerous car shows, however they do not take away from the car if your intention is to both drive and show the car. When this 32 was completed, it is said to have placed within the Top 10 at an Eastern Good Guys event.
The interior is tastefully done and was meant to be very clean and simple. Even the headlight and signal light switches are mounted on the underside of the dash. It is fitted with vertically patterned door panels, a black leather wrapped bench seat to match, centered black-faced Stewart Warner gauges set into a very tastefully done custom cluster, a steering column mounted tachometer, a Lokar 8-Ball shifter, a leather wrapped 4-spoke steering wheel with a dark grey carpet. The pictures show the 4 fasteners to remove that enable the foldable top to be popped-off. The same black leather upholstery style in the truck matches the interior.
The engine is a chrome gem and is the iconic fuel injected 350 TPI allowing this car to start, run & drive exceptionally well. It was built by Street & Performance in Mena, Arkansas. Chromed throttle body, intake cover, valve covers and alternator promote one to open the hood to prove the heart of this 1932 matches all other aspects of the car. Ceramic coated headers and stainless steel dual exhaust support the engines build which is also supported by an electric fan to keep the car running cool. Extra care and attention to detail gives the engine bay a very clean look with barely any wiring showing at all. The engine is connected to the legendary 700R4 4-speed automatic transmission through to an aluminum driveshaft and then to the Ford 8" rear differential. The chassis is the claimed-to-fame Step Box So-Cal Frame that is known for its performance and reliability. It is the rear coil over model and the step box design allows most of the lines and plumbing to be hidden for a clean undercarriage look. This black beauty carries chrome front shocks and chrome covered front and rear disc brakes. This Deuce was built with all the right parts from top to bottom, inside and out. The choice of full fenders, the stance along with the rims gives this hot rod a one-of-a-kind high-dollar look.

ELECTRIC GARAGE BIDDING CONTRACT
TERMS OF SALE:
1. I agree to pay in full on the day of the sale the bid amount plus the buyer’s fee, with cash, certified bank draft(must clear prior to vehicle pick up), etransfer or wire transfer in the amount owed on any vehicle for which I sign a contract and/or am declared the high bidder. High bidders determined by EG Auctions. Terms are cash, certified bank draft, e transfer and wire transfer. We do not accept credit card for vehicle purchases, only deposits.
2. All bidders may be required to provide proof of means to pay for any purchases. EG Auctions retains the right to require a cash deposit before issuing a bid pass. EG Auctions has permission to obtain my credit information.
3. All vehicles or any other purchases are sold “As Is” and without guarantees. In no event shall EG Auctions be responsible for any guarantees. All bids are final and binding upon the drop of the hammer. There is no cooling off provision and all purchasers are responsible fully for their purchases.
4. All statements by the auctioneers and those statements printed in advertisements are believed to be correct. However, bidders are to examine all vehicles and other items before bidding and do so upon his or her opinion and/or examination.
5. EG Auctions is not responsible for correctness of year, genuineness of make, model or options, mileage or any other description of the vehicles. Confirmation of these items and details are the responsibility of the purchaser. You are purchasing the lot numbered item presented at the auction.
6. No vehicle or item may be removed or items from vehicle, keys, etc. until paid for in full
7. Ownership of an item passes to bidder when Auctioneer says “Sold”. At that time the new owner assumes full responsibility of the item.
8. Should any dispute in a bid arise, the auctioneer will use his judgment and his decision is final.
9. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by the purchaser at his own expense during scheduled times. If not removed, EG Auctions may remove and store the vehicle at the purchaser’s risk and expense.
10. A purchaser’s failure to comply with all of the conditions of the sale entitles EG Auctions and/or the Consignor to use other available remedies or courses of legal action to hold the purchaser liable. This may include the following: a) cancel the sale and retain as liquid damages all payments made by the purchaser, b) re-sell the property to a new purchaser at a private or public sale and in any such event the purchaser shall be liable for deficiency plus any incurred attorney fees or court costs and c) purchaser agrees to grant the right of immediate repossession without notice from EG Auctions or its agents.
11. EG Auctions provides Title only, unless announced otherwise. Licensing (including any emissions requirements, vehicle inspections, plates and tabs) is the responsibility of the new purchaser.
12. Statements about the vehicles on the description sheets are provided by the consignor NOT EG Auctions. All statements made by the seller are accepted as reliable. EG Auctions shall have no obligation to verify seller’s statements or claims. Any dispute regarding these statements including mileage must be made directly between consignor and purchaser without effect on the responsibility for paying for the purchase to EG Auctions.
13. If a claim of any kind is to be instituted by purchaser, EG Auctions' buyer shall submit to a mediation and mediator selected of EG Auctions' choice to resolve any dispute. Purchaser must request a Mediation Request Form from EG Auctions prior to any dispute. Any mediation will be binding upon decision. The Mediation Request Form must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase of the vehicle. If this process is not followed, no claim shall be valid. Any claim shall be with the seller as EG Auctions is to receive a commission for sale of said vehicle only.
14. In the event of a dispute, all transactions with EG Auctions may be combined together toward resolving the dispute.
15. Vehicles over 20 years old and all customized/modified vehicles are considered to have frame damage. Assume all vehicles are non-matching numbers with non-original engines, unknown or exempt mileage unless specifically described otherwise by consignor.
16. Any vehicle announced as a tribute vehicle was not originally manufactured as the vehicle it currently appears to be.
17. If any term, condition, covenant, agreement or provision of this contract or the application thereof to any circumstance shall, to any extent, be held by a court of competent jurisdiction or by any authorized governmental authority to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall not be affected by such holding, and the remaining terms, conditions, covenants, agreements and provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
18. The auctioneer may announce special circumstances that apply to the legal status of specific vehicles. These announcements are described here and are part of the contract to purchase that specific vehicle: a) May require bonding – Purchaser will be responsible for any bonding or licensing required in their own state. b) Not street legal – Purchaser understands vehicle is only suitable for off-road use.
19. BUYERS FEE of 10% or $400.00, whichever is greater, of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold. Memorabilia fee is 18%. NO BIDS TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS. All Online Bidders MUST have a method of payment in order to be approved.
