1984 GMC SIERRA K1500 4x4 RESTOMOD
Fully restored and modified 1984 GMC Sierra K1500 4x4 Restomod. Five and a half year, frame up restoration with less than 500km on truck since restoration completed in 2021. Truck was professionally appraised at $124,025.00 CDN ($85000.00 USD) and given a 2+ Driver S.V.A.I Rating. This truck is a very rare restomod build featuring a Custom built DART 572 cubic inch big block Chevrolet engine built at Promax Performance in Edmonton AB. Engine features DART Pro 355 aluminum heads, aluminum high rise intake, COMP custom grind high lift camshaft (0.727’’ int & 0.714’’ exh),EAGLE forged steel balanced rotating assembly, MELLING high flow oil pump with deep sump baffled 8 quart oil pan, Meziere electric water pump, MSD 7AL 2 stage ignition and FAST 8 injector self-tuning EFI system with full timing control. The engine also features PATRIOT heat wrapped headers with 1.75’’ primaries, FLOWMASTER super 44 mufflers and a full 2.25’’ custom exhaust. There is very few of these custom installed big block engines in north America and even fewer with a 572 big block. Drivetrain features an upgraded GM 700R4 transmission with a MONSTER TRANSMISSION performance kit featuring front and rear heavy duty 5 pin planetaries, Kolene steels and red clutches, corvette 2nd gear servo, wide 2-4 kevlar band, hardened pump rings, stage 2 street/strip shift kit, and upgraded forged steel sunshell. Drivetrain also features a B&M holeshot 2400 stall TCC lockup torque converter with a TCC lockup wired to a switch. The axles are rebuilt GM corporate axles with 3.73 gearing and a EATON Tru Trac locking differential, upgraded bearings and seals and hardened axles. The body was removed, sandblasted and painted GM WA388A base/clear metallic blue with 3 coats of clear. Frame was sandblasted, inspected, and painted with EASTWOOD 2K ceramic chassis coating. All new suspension with ROUGH COUNTRY 2’’ over stock springs, polyurethane bushings all around, SKYJACKER dual steering shock kit, and RANCHO RS 5500 XL shocks all around. Brakes are a SSBC 4 wheel disc brake conversion with disc/disc proportioning valve. The box has durable RAPTORLINER bed liner and the underside of the cab, box and wheel wells are rocker guarded. All wiring is replaced with a new upgraded AMERICAN AUTOWIRE 20 circuit plus wiring harness with the fuse panel relocated to the outside of the firewall for easier access. All exterior lighting including headlights, taillights, marker and license plate lights are upgraded to LED. The cab is restored and upgraded with all rubberized flooring, sound and heat proofing liner on the inside of the cab, headliner, red LED lighting and bright LED clear cab lighting, VINTAGE AIR A/C system with upgraded electronic control panel, Bluetooth cd/mp3 deck with 4 speaker sound system, DAKOTA DIGITAL VHX instrument cluster, custom switches wired to bumper light and bed light pre wiring, TCC lockup, engine fan override, interior LED lights and bumper lights integrated into the bumper. Truck has restored and upgraded extensively with every nut and bolt restored or replaced with new. Truck won’t disappoint. EG AUCTIONS BIDDING CONTRACT
TERMS OF SALE:
1. I agree to pay in full on the day of the sale(or first banking day following the sale) the bid amount plus the buyer’s fee, with cash, certified bank draft(must clear prior to vehicle pick up), etransfer or wire transfer in the amount owed on any vehicle or item for which I sign a contract and/or am declared the high bidder. High bidders determined by EG Auctions. Terms are cash, certified bank draft, e transfer and wire transfer. We do not accept credit card for vehicle purchases, only deposits.
2. All bidders may be required to provide proof of means to pay for any purchases. EG Auctions retains the right to require a cash deposit before issuing a bid pass. EG Auctions has permission to obtain my credit information.
3. All vehicles or any other purchases are sold “As Is” and without guarantees. In no event shall EG Auctions be responsible for any guarantees. All bids are final and binding upon the drop of the hammer. There is no cooling off provision and all purchasers are responsible fully for their purchases.
4. All statements by the auctioneers and those statements printed in advertisements are believed to be correct. However, bidders are to examine all vehicles and other items before bidding and do so upon his or her opinion and/or examination.
5. EG Auctions is not responsible for correctness of year, genuineness of make, model or options, mileage or any other description of the vehicles. Confirmation of these items and details are the responsibility of the purchaser. You are purchasing the lot numbered item presented at the auction.
6. No vehicle or item may be removed or items from vehicle, keys, etc. until paid for in full
7. Ownership of an item passes to bidder when Auctioneer says “Sold”. At that time the new owner assumes full responsibility of the item.
8. Should any dispute in a bid arise, the auctioneer will use his judgment and his decision is final.
9. All vehicles must be removed from the premises by the purchaser at his own expense during scheduled times. If not removed, EG Auctions may remove and store the vehicle at the purchaser’s risk and expense.
10. A purchaser’s failure to comply with all of the conditions of the sale entitles EG Auctions and/or the Consignor to use other available remedies or courses of legal action to hold the purchaser liable. This may include the following: a) cancel the sale and retain as liquid damages all payments made by the purchaser, b) re-sell the property to a new purchaser at a private or public sale and in any such event the purchaser shall be liable for deficiency plus any incurred attorney fees or court costs and c) purchaser agrees to grant the right of immediate repossession without notice from EG Auctions or its agents.
11. EG Auctions provides Title only, unless announced otherwise. Licensing (including any emissions requirements, vehicle inspections, plates and tabs) is the responsibility of the new purchaser.
12. Statements about the vehicles on the description sheets are provided by the consignor NOT EG Auctions. All statements made by the seller are accepted as reliable. EG Auctions shall have no obligation to verify seller’s statements or claims. Any dispute regarding these statements including mileage must be made directly between consignor and purchaser without effect on the responsibility for paying for the purchase to EG Auctions.
13. If a claim of any kind is to be instituted by purchaser, EG Auctions' buyer shall submit to a mediation and mediator selected of EG Auctions' choice to resolve any dispute. Purchaser must request a Mediation Request Form from EG Auctions prior to any dispute. Any mediation will be binding upon decision. The Mediation Request Form must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase of the vehicle. If this process is not followed, no claim shall be valid. Any claim shall be with the seller as EG Auctions is to receive a commission for sale of said vehicle only.
14. In the event of a dispute, all transactions with EG Auctions may be combined together toward resolving the dispute.
15. Vehicles over 20 years old and all customized/modified vehicles are considered to have frame damage. Assume all vehicles are non-matching numbers with non-original engines, unknown or exempt mileage unless specifically described otherwise by consignor.
16. Any vehicle announced as a tribute vehicle was not originally manufactured as the vehicle it currently appears to be.
17. If any term, condition, covenant, agreement or provision of this contract or the application thereof to any circumstance shall, to any extent, be held by a court of competent jurisdiction or by any authorized governmental authority to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the contract shall not be affected by such holding, and the remaining terms, conditions, covenants, agreements and provisions hereof shall continue in full force and effect.
18. The auctioneer may announce special circumstances that apply to the legal status of specific vehicles. These announcements are described here and are part of the contract to purchase that specific vehicle: a) May require bonding – Purchaser will be responsible for any bonding or licensing required in their own state. b) Not street legal – Purchaser understands vehicle is only suitable for off-road use.
19. BUYERS FEE IN PERSON BIDDING/ON LOCATION of 8% or $400.00, whichever is greater, of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold. BUYERS FEE ONLINE ONLY/NOT ON LOCATION of 11% or $400.00, whichever is greater, of the bid amount will be charged to the Purchaser of each vehicle auction lot sold. Memorabilia Buyers Fee is 15% for in person/on location bidding. Memorabilia Buyers Fee is 18% for online bidding/not on location. NO BIDS TAKEN FROM UNREGISTERED BIDDERS.
